The team is structured to support civil/sitework and flatwork delivery, remodeling and maintenance-driven projects (including medical facilities), subcontractor coordination, and documentation required for public-sector work.

Summary: Construction professional leading TruCore Contracting LLC with responsibility for estimating, procurement, project execution, subcontractor management, schedule control, and client communication. As the company’s General Contractor license holder/qualifier, Mathew provides oversight for compliance, supervision, and delivery of contracted work. Experienced in managing multiple trades, coordinating inspections, and driving timely closeout documentation for successful turnover.

· Preconstruction: estimating, scope reviews, bid leveling, value engineering support

· Contract administration: subcontracts, change management, pay applications, closeout

· Field coordination: site logistics, phasing, inspections, punch list completion

· Safety leadership: job hazard awareness, subcontractor coordination, incident prevention

· Quality management: subcontractor work inspections; deficiency tracking and resolution

Owner communication: progress updates, look-aheads, issue escalation and resolution.

Summary: Anthony Matrines brings 23 years of construction industry experience and has served as a crew leader/foreman across multiple disciplines. He began by setting up and tearing down modular buildings during high school, then moved into concrete and masonry work after graduation, specializing in large commercial concrete scopes including slabs, tie beams, and elevator shafts. Anthony later transitioned into wireless/cell tower construction, performing full-scope work from raw-land development through stacking, decommissioning, structural modifications, and L&A. He also owned and operated his own business for 10 years, delivering fencing, concrete, and basic home improvement services before joining TruCore Contracting. At TruCore, he supports civil/sitework and flatwork planning and execution with a practical field-first approach and strong leadership in production, safety, and quality.

· Civil & Flatwork PM Capabilities: Coordinates scope, crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and short-interval look-ahead; supports line-and-grade expectations, forming/reinforcement coordination, placement planning, and punch/closeout.

Jack Burns — Project Manager / Safety Officer

Summary: Jack Burns supports TruCore field operations as a designated Safety Officer while also providing project coordination support, focusing on safe work planning, hazard recognition, subcontractor communication, and day-to-day jobsite coordination. Experienced in maintaining jobsite safety practices, supporting productivity, and working effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Certifications: OSHA 30; Forklift Operator Certification; Aerial/Scissor Lift Operator Certification.

· Operates and/or supports operation of material-handling equipment in accordance with site requirements and training

· Assists with site logistics, material staging, housekeeping, and access control

· Conducts safety walk-throughs, supports toolbox talks, and assists with documentation of hazards, corrective actions, and compliance requirements

· Coordinates with field leadership to maintain schedule and quality expectations

Joe Shannon — Project Manager

Role: Project Manager
Background: Facilities Maintenance (Medical Facilities) / Residential & Commercial Remodeling
Summary: Joe Shannon has spent most of his adult life remodeling homes and brings a hands-on, multi-trade background to TruCore project delivery. He was the owner/operator of a flooring company for 18 years and later worked as an apprentice across several construction trades, building broad field knowledge that supports practical planning and efficient problem-solving. Joe went on to manage a hospital maintenance department while completing plumbing and electrical courses at Erwin Technical College (Erwin Tech). He has passed the State licensing exam for Building Contractor and holds EPA Section 608 certification supporting HVAC servicing and replacement work. Over the last 6 years with TruCore Contracting, Joe has expanded his experience across residential and commercial remodeling projects, including work in active/occupied environments where scheduling, coordination, and clear communication are critical.

· Project Management: Coordinates scope, subcontractors, materials, and schedules; supports short-interval look-ahead, field documentation, and closeout.

· Occupied Facilities / Healthcare Sensitivity: Plans: Plans work to minimize disruption, maintains clean/controlled work areas, and coordinates access with facility stakeholders.

· Remodeling Execution: Experienced in residential and commercial renovation sequencing, punch management, and fast-turn corrective work.

· Credentials: Building Contractor (State exam passed); EPA Section 608; plumbing and electrical coursework (Erwin Tech).
